Council's Department of Planning & Environmental Services and Department of Engineering and Technical services both deal with environmental matters including Public Health, Environmental Management, Waste and Recycling, Sewerage, Noxious Weeds and Animal Control. Tony Donoghue, Council's Executive Manager, Planning & Environmental Services and Tim Morris, Council's Executive Manager, Engineering & Technical Services are available by appointment to discuss any matters that the public has in relation to these matters.
